I just downloaded and installed watchOS 4.1 beta 2. It solved my problem of Siri not speaking on my AW3 LTE. Prior to installation and since I've purchased the watch, Siri worked but didn't speak. I had discovered that the options to setup Siri under Settings>General>Siri were not present. I read in this forum that a download was suppose to automatically take place as long as my iPhone was on WiFi and the watch was on its charger. The download provides the options, and in the options, Siri can be set to talk. I was never able to get the download. I called Apple technical support and they walked me through ensuring my download would happen. It never did, including waiting overnight. I first installed watchOS 4.1 beta 1 last week thinking that would help. It didn't. I just installed watchOS 4.1 beta 2 today and magically the options appeared. I setup Siri and now it talks from the watch!!!
