watchOS 4.2 beta and Activity Achievements

It seems that since I've installed the 4.2 beta that came out last week, I don't get notifications when I close my rings for the daily achievements (Goal Completions). I get the other notifications like "Keep It Going Today", 7-day workout week, the Veterans Day award, or when my friends make their achievements, but not my own daily goals.

I checked the settings on my iPhone and just updated the watch to the latest beta yesterday and still nothing.

Is anyone else seeing this... er, not seeing Goal Completions?

Apple Watch series 3 LTE Nike model, iPhone 6, both running the latest betas.

I'm not sure what beta I'm on - the build number is 15S100a. What build do you have?
