watchOS 4 - does it come with a native podcast app?

I'm afraid not. I'm using Overcast, it allows to play podcast stored on the Watch or to play the ones you have on your iPhone.
 
I'm currently using Overcast as well - it's better than nothing but I was hoping for a native app - oh well, there's always watchOS 5
