I am running the WatchOS 5 GM and can happily report that my Series 1 watch is now loaded with the faces featured in the keynote. I have access to the Fire/Water, Breathe, Liquid Metal, Vapor. They hold a circular face rather than go edge to edge, but they are really cool. I'm a huge fan of the Breathe face, very well done.
Additionally, I have the "Low heart rate alert" on this watch, just had to open the heart rate app to activate it.
I didn't expect those bits at all, good on Apple for doing that.
