watchOS 6.0.1 Battery complication not updating

New to the Apple Watch S5 and updated to watchOS 6.0.1 last night.

AOD enabled
Raise to wake is off (instead tap to wake)

While the time updates each minutes I’ve noticed that the battery complication (built in) doesn’t update the % unless I tap it to wake it up.

Is this a bug, I’m almost certain it use to update as and when each minute in WatchOS 6.
