Whenever I try to answer an incoming message by using scrabble, the Apple Watch Series 5 crashes back to the Apple Logo.

Anyone else? I don’t understand Apples QC lately

Edit: tried to upload a video on YouTube but for some reason the app on my iPhone isn’t uploading the right Video and instead an previous editors version

A beta version crashes? Imagine that.
You do understand what beta test software is, yes?

No Sherlock and already reported . Just wondering if anyone else has the same issue since they haven’t fixed it in 3 betas

You moaned about apple QC though. That’s not wondering. That’s complaining.

Agreed. Apple QC sucks lately. iPad beta bricked my iPad. I expect slight bugs but Apple has been pretty awful lately.

No. Apple's QC appears to be doing its job. If a release version bricks your iPad, then they've failed.

Not saying they've never screwed up (hell, the battery life of my watch on watchOS 6.0 was pretty bad), but your example above isn't reflective of your claim.

Your iPad was not bricked.

Bricked means you could not even restore it which we all know can be done without issues.

As for the Apple QC, I agree, been lacking the past few years when it comes to testing there software properly.

The whole point of beta is to release before the complete QC sign off though. People should not install beta software on their regular devices. Betas are meant to be experimental.

wasn’t referring to the betas when I said QC was bad.

The issue as I see it is these issues should have been found in the original release and fixed there, not fixed in updates.
Now for the watch os 6.1 beta 4, things are working for me for the things I use, so in the areas I’m concerned with things are finally getting resolved.

It was partially bricked and I had to go to an Apple store because who uses computer these days? So I had to drive 45 minutes because Apple screws up the public beta. It’s just not acceptable at all especially when Apple charges $1,200 for an iPad as a laptop replacement.
I get betas have some issues but to partially brick a device. Just terrible. Forget ios13 and Apple Watch 5 battery issues. They are having a bad month with software.

You run beta software without owning a computer?

Public beta which is typically more stable than a developer beta but obviously not in Apple’s case because they are inept lately. Just look at Catalina which isn’t a beta but it is ha. Thankfully I’m not running that pos because I don’t have a Mac right now.
