watchOS 6 - cannot update app pop up

After the update to B3, I am getting this pop up constantly. Stating an app cannot update because it’s not the same account, refunded or the like. There is no indication what account was used, what app it is or anything. The watch shows no updates available for any apps. At a loss.

Anyone else?
