watchOS 6, iOS 12

I really don't like how crippled the 3D Touch on iOS 13 is and other new features, however I have already updated my S4 watch to OS6 and now I would like to downgrade my iPhone back to 12.4.1. What will happen with the watch when I downgrade? Will it just disconnect from the iPhone or am I going to brick it with this?

It will disconnect your watch from your phone for sure, and your phone may bug you to update to iOS 13 when using Watch app.
