watchOS 6

I have been noticing a LOT of requests for my PIN on my watch since upgrading to watchOS 6. Just like it used to do if I took the watch off. But now it seems more sensitive and requires the band to be tighter and it still seems to lock multiple times per day. Is this just me?

no it’s not just you. I was having the issue noticed it almost instantly upon updating to 6.0. I spoke with Apple on this and they said there were no known issues. So I assumed it was just me.
since I updated to a series 5 the issue is much less and I’m running 6.0.1 now but is still happening occasionally.

I have a series 3. Been using it for a year. Have had zero issues of any kind until watchOS 6 and 6.0.1.... Now I find myself having to either enter my pin or wake up my iPhone several times a day. Maybe they will fix it. I am going to lodge a complaint so that they see that it is not just one person.

I had happen a few times with my S4 a few months ago using 5.3. No issues with my S5
