I know you must set sleep time parameters for WatchOS 7 such as a bedtime of 11pm and a wake time of 7am. My question is what happens if you fall asleep OUTSIDE of these times. Let’s say I set the time to 11pm but I get in bed and sleep at 10:30p... does it capture that? What about naps midday? I know Fitbit and most 3rd party apps on the Apple Watch DO capture sleep at anytime but Garmin watches for example only capture it if sleep starts during your scheduled sleep period, something similar to what Apple is doing so it’s concerning. Hopefully it captures sleep at ANY time even if what you ultimately do doesn’t match what you setup in advance.

anyone with experience with the beta who can chime in? I used it last night and it was very accurate recording my sleep starting (inside my scheduled window) and ending about 30 minutes after my wake up time (no alarm) which is a positive sign. I’m more concerned about the start...
