I take different painkillers during the day, as I need them. (Not at specific times.)
At the moment I keep records by taking screenshots with my Watch. Watch face 1, for Dihydrocodeine, Watch face 2 for Paracetamol, etc.
(This means I don’t even need to put my glasses or the light on at night.)
So I can see which tablets I have taken over the day by looking at the pictures in Photos app on any device.
This works well until iPad/iPhone/Watch decide not to sync the screenshots properly!
I am hoping the new medication tracking in watchOS 9 will be a better system.
For those testing the beta:
Can I simply press a medication name on my Watch as a reminder that I have taken it at a certain time and then see that information clearly later, or does this new feature only work by setting reminders, responding to notifications etc.?
Thanks.
