WatchOs 9 not Sync with ios 15,6

Hello, i use watchos beta 9 but i still on ios 15,6 on phone, now i cant sync the watch , what i can do ?

How did you update without the phone being on IOS 16 beta?

More than likely you will need to put the phone on the beta as well to get it to sync.

Yep, you need iOS 16 to use watchOS 9

Uhm what if i had forgotten to downgrade my watch os 9 to watch os 8 before downgrading to ios 15.6.1 from ios 16 public beta 4????? is there a way to pair it still or downgrade it without pairing?
