WatchOS2 Voice dictation not working at all

I updated to Watch OS2 GM, however, I will say that I'm not impressed at all. My Siri is having major issues and I can't reply to messages. When I try and use voice dictation, it just sits there...it won't even tap me that it's ready to listen. When I say "Hey Siri" it will act like she is about to listen but that's it.

I have the same issues on 1.0.1 and then updated to 2.0 issue still present. Apple is sending a new watch.

Did you get yours wet at all? I hear all the incoming sounds but I can't talk to it

The only time I have gotten it wet was when I rinsed it with warm water. I only did that because Apple Care told me too.
