Just got an Apple Watch Series 3 and I noticed that when I put on Do Not Disturb at night, there's a new option 'On until the morning'. What time in the morning will Do Not Disturb switch off in the morning please? I'm reluctant to use this in case my watch wakes me up with a notification! Thank you.

It’s ok I’ve found the information. Morning - 7am Evening - 7pm
