watchOS8 voice feedback during Workout issue

Since watchOS8 release I have strange issue with voice feedback. When I run with my AirPods Pro and only with my Watch it works great. But during my walks with iPhone when I listen podcast or music from it, Apple Watch steel connection to AirPods every workout for 1 announcement. Then I need to reconnect AP to my iPhone to continue listening.
Anybody have same issue?
