Well basically anyone have any tips besides turning it off for a day? Before i turned it off the display was messed up on one side.
 
I can't say for sure how your case is going to end up because I don't exactly how much water got in and where exactly on the screen it seeped in.

But, based on my experience, water damage is never good. There have been reports that you can put it in the oven at low temperatures, but I wouldn't attempt that if I were you. Don't put it in a rice bag because it might actually get into the ports.

Just leave it in a warm area for a couple of days. If it is still showing lcd damage, then your only option is to take it into apple.
