I'm not sure if anyone has notice, but when you move an iPhone from lets say 65 degrees room temperature to an area thats around 76 degrees room temperature, a bit of condensation develops on the screen and on the phone in general. Does Apple warranty damages caused by such condensation or no?

do you live in a swamp? I have not witnessed anything of the sort. Closed thing I've seen is water damage from being in the bathroom while the owner showered. Even during the summers which get rather humid, I have not had any condensation issues. maybe you can get a replacement, as I doubt it's normal.

I would have thought it most unlikely you would experience condensattion in the temperature range you have quoted - even with high humidity
