I read in another forum that there is a water damage indicator at the bottom of the headphone jack. So that someone couldn't intentionally damage it to get a replacement... anyone know anything about this?

I'm sure the iPod Touch contains some sort of water damage indicator as almost all modern portable electronics do.

but right in the headphone jack? the chances of water getting into the headphone jack is very high.. =\
