I dropped my iPhone in a toilet filled with the urinary excrement of a bunch of degenerate party-goers, could someone help me out with repair instructions/tips and is it even possible to fix? everything else works fine, just can't hear anything when people call me or I call them.
 
OP, in the top right corner of your screen there is a "search forums" area. Enter "toilet" and there are hundreds of threads over the years of people in your predicament.

It's a pisser, but you are looking at having to buy a new phone.

Left it in a bowl if rice for the day and it works fine now. Still can smell the asparagus, though...
 
I think in this case it's important to explicitly state the final step:

-Throw out the rice.
