Hello, I have a water damaged iphone 5, can't turn on anymore. which part of the phone can be reuse again?? Only housing can be reuse? Please help me

What carrier is your phone? Have you tried any repair yet? It's hard to say which part is reuseable.

The bits that aren't water damaged can be re-used.

Until you crack your phone open, nobody, including you, is going to know.

Thx but i just find out that my iphone inside parts are rusted...

Then its done.
You can bring it to Apple and pay for an out of warranty replacement.
