Ok so i recently dropped my iPhone 5S into water. I pulled it out and the screen was going crazy and then it died. I dried it out for like a week in rice and tried to plug it into my computer to see if it would back up but it didn't. The weird thing is that it will play music in my car with the lighting cable plugged into it, even thought the screen is completely black. And now when i plug my phone into my computer it vibrates to say it is charging but the screen still won't come on. iTunes now recognizes my phone but it won't back it up and i cannot get photos off of it. i just want to know if there is anyway i can get my photos off of it, as some of them are kind of important?
