My iPhone 5S recently took a pretty good swim and had all my vacation photos on it. They are not backed up at all. After drying it out, I get the "connect to iTunes" message. I'm not nearly as worried about reviving my phone as I am getting the pictures. My PC doesnt recognize it when I plug it in.

I have resorting to calling a few data recovery companies, which all give me bids of anywhere between $400-$4600 to recover the pictures. Any other methods or companies (Under $200 preferred) I could try to retrieve my vacation pictures?

THANKS!
