Hi,
I recently cleaned the exterior lid of my MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015) with a surface cleaner, and because the seals around the display have worn down, a small amount of the liquid entered the screen. I have tried running a Python program to heat and evaporate the moisture, but no such luck.
Does anyone have any guidance as to how I can fix this without breaking the bank? It's a pity, because I was just about to sell this to fund a new 13-inch M1. In saying this, what would be a reasonable price (Australian Dollars) I could resell the unit in its current state? Specifications are below.
MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015)
2.5 GHz Intel Core i7
16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
AMD Radeon R9 M370X 2GB
Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB
Thanks for your time.
