"Water" in LCD Screen of Iphone 4-how to get rid of stains?

I dropped my phone in water...it didn't stay in very long. It was inside of a case so not much water leaked in. I dried it out in rice and the phone is working fine, but there are spots on the screen..looks like water stains.any idea if I can get rid of those somehow? Any assistance is appreciated..
