Hi all
Is it possible to stop the sound when turning off Water Lock?

Is it possible to disable the water eject functionality all together? I just want to lock my screen.

Thanks

Not possible to disable that - the purpose of the sound is to clear the speaker enclosure of water and it uses a loud sound to do that. I understand you’re not actually getting the watch wet, but…. That’s what water lock is for.

Thanks for the responses. I just want to lock the screen. Theater mode doesn't work for me as it turns off the screen but can still touch the screen and make changes. Just want Water Lock without the "water" part. oh well, hope this comes in a future WatchOS

My 1 year old plays with it while I'm changing diapers or other scenarios where just want to avoid changing the settings, inadvertantly calling someone, etc

I think the best answer for you is to take the watch off and give it to your child while you change diapers. It will lock when you remove it.

Good compromise thanks…the water lock is fine but sometimes I forget to turn it off then only do so at night and sometimes I’m in the room with her and it can wake her up hence was asking about stopping the noise

You can release the crown on the first beep sound, and click it in and end up with a .2 second beep.
