So I spilt water on the keyboard of my MBP, I managed to turn it off and left it off overnight, turned it on the next morning it turned on and worked fine for almost an hour before the screen wigged out turned into purple lines and computer beeped and turned off. Plugged into power wouldn't charge or turn on. Tried again about 6 hours later, it turned on worked but it thinks its plugged into power and the fan won't stop, every time I tried to turn it off it would turn itself back on it just ran out of power and I'm unsure of what to do now.

You turned it off and left it off but not for long enough. You also should have submerged it in rice.

You likely fried something. Sounds like your MLB is borked.

definitely turned it back on again too soon.

Your options are to
1) let it continue to dry out for many more days before trying to turn it on again
2) take it right to apple and pay the $$$ they ask to repair it.
3) Chock it up to experience and see what you can sell the husk for.
