Water spill

A friend spilled water on the keyboard of my MacBookAir and it's been drying for the past 3.5 days in a bag of rice, covered with a Tshirt and tilted upside down. The Mac now will make the startup noise when I turn it on, and the keyboard lights go on as well, but the screen is completely black. Any suggestions on what my next step would be to save it??! Thanks!
