Watermarks app

I'm looking for the app which can add the watermarks, change resolution and format(jpg to png) group of a photos(in a subfolders).

Is there such app as I describe?

I don't have it on this computer, but I use Easy Batch Photo from Yellow Mug to add watermarks on my main system. I think it does file format changes too. The interface takes a little getting used to...but it works well.

This is what I meant but in general this app is crap.

Are there any similar apps?
