The lifeproof does look like a nice case but has anyone noticed that it seems to just be a 2 piece snap together design? What happens if it snaps apart under water or if it takes a drop hard enough to unsnap the case? Check out the video at :17 and you'll see what I mean. Just curious that's all...

Doubt it. As you can see in the video, the charging port cover snaps tightly together and holds the 2 halves together.

I got a pre order for my IP4. Lifeproof will murder the otterbox. They look amazing.
