.Wav files won't play within Apple Mail

I use a feature of my work phone system to email a copy of a received voicemail to an email. I have noticed that since upgrading to El Capitan it will not play in the Mail app. It hasn't been a problem because I can still listen to it on my iPhone but now we have upgraded other computers and they do not have these emails going to their phones so I need to get it working again in Apple Mail.

Anyone have any suggestions?
