Waveburner - who sells it?

I'm trying to understand whether one can purchase Waveburner by itself or you have to get Logic. I can't find it sold anywhere by itself expect for in the UK. I presently use Jam but was looking for something a little better or just another option.

To the best of my knowledge, it's just bundled with Logic now.
