Waves on the bottom of screen for Netflix?

I don't know how to describe it but for those of us that used to have VHS, remember when you had to sometimes adjust your VCR or else you'd have wavy lines? That is what it reminds me off. The waves are black and at very bottom of the screen but noticeable.

Has anyone else had this? Any idea how to fix? I've used an Amazon Fire for over a year with no similar issue.
