Way to change the new e-mail sound

I want to make it louder,different,longer,repeat...

something, when im at work its always loud and sometimes i cant hear that tiny ass excuse for a beep when you get when an e-mail comes in.

You need to hack into your phone, get your new tone, rename it to whatever your email received sound is, and drop it into your sounds folder. It will replace the stock sound.
