Way to copy ringtones from iPhone to iTunes?

Had a slight accident and my itunes folders got wiped out. I had my music backed up, so got it all back, and I transferred all my purchases from iPhone to iTunes. Only thing left is the Ringtones. Is it possible to get them off iPhone and back into iTunes? (most likely using 3rd party software?) Is the only way to create them again?
