way to keep iphone quiet/vibrate except RING for one caller ID?

Hey guys have a question,
can you think of an way, an app, or technique, for me to keep my phone quiet, say when im sleeping or with company, but assure that it RINGS for one particular caller ID?

id like my phone to otherwise be quiet while im sleeping UNLESS work calls me, in which case its imperative i dont miss the call, i have already assigned them a loud obnoxious ringer capable of waking me up.

ideally have all calls/txts vibrate but have "work"=RING

The only way I can think of is this: you get a silent ringtone and when you are sleeping you make that your default ringtone but assign a custom ringtone for work calls. Does that make sense?

thats where my head was at too... i have a silent tone in my ringtone 'pool'. thanks much for the attachment.

by assigning a default ringer as silent, then only those callers with unique ringtones will 'ring' which is a fair number of contacts.
