Hi,
So I was looking at ways that would allow me to use 2 1080p external monitors with my 2011 13" MacBook Air. I assume that the only possible way to do this would be to have one monitor connected via a Thunderbolt to HDMI adaptor and one connected via a USB to HDMI?
Part of my use for the monitors is for video editing (Yes I realise an Air isn't exactly the best machine for it). So my first question was, I assume that the USB to HDMI adaptor would not be able to run one of the displays without lag, making it pretty much useless for video editing?
My second question was, will the Air be able to run 2 monitors simultaneously without lag? What about if the Air was closed, would that help?
Thanks!
