Way to surpress location popup?

I do understand why the message asking for your location is there. However is there a way to turn it off?

i wish, its very annoying and i dont even know what it does

its not that easy, every time i open up certain apps it asks me, and we don't want it to.

That will turn the feature off. I want to keep location on but get rid of the stupid messages.
