Way to use my Audio Port as In AND Out?

I have a 13'' Macbook Pro. One thing I hate is only having one port, chosing between Audio in or audio out.

I have turtle beach x31's, and I want to be able to plug them into my Audio port, hear the audio and also use the Microphone at the same time. . (I know I need an adapter for 2.5>3.5mm)

Is there ANY possible way to do this besides buying an external USB hub?

Not on the 13" no.

I think you can use four ring TRS connectors, like the iPhone ones, to do that.

What you need is a TRRS to Audio in/out connector (TRRS to TS + TRS).

Sorry, I couldn't find one.
You could splice one together easily if you want to, though.

TRRS Hub

not sure if this answers the question but I recently found a TRRS audio hub (connects 3 different devices + headset/mic) all at once. Some one selling it on ebay.
