I might be missing something obvious, but I’m confused why the 5 minute gaps on minute dial are divided into 6?!
Seems illogical and confusing unless I’m missing a perfectly good reason.
I hadn’t even noticed lol. Oversight maybe?View attachment 2080962

Count the divisions between each numbered marker, i.e. 00 and 05.I don't see what you mean. Where is something divided into 6?
Might be worth posting feedback to them, I will for sure and if there’s enough people that do then maybe Apple will take notice.Count the divisions between each numbered marker, i.e. 00 and 05.
You’ll see there are six sections meaning counting between numbers doesn’t work.
See where I’ve marked the photo in my post.
But at least the markings a multiple of 5 which means it can make some sense.Meridian had a similar issue. View attachment 2081033
I see now you mean the larger ticks. Pretty sure this is because of the compass.Count the divisions between each numbered marker, i.e. 00 and 05.

compassThat’s odd. The inner dial is correct. The outer adds up to 72. That’s annoying.
But the compass isn’t active when in minute/hour view. The divisions are correct in hour view so they should also be in minute view also. It’s an error, I’m convinced of it.compass
I disagree, see my last post 👍If you're on about the outer ring it's because it's a compass, there's 360 lines to mark each 1º.

I don’t think so, the compass shows a different bezel. And by the same logic the hour bezel would be wrong too.If you're on about the outer ring it's because it's a compass, there's 360 lines to mark each 1º.
Yes but it’s one or the other. Tap the dial and it switches between the compass dial and the time dial. When in time dial mode it does not rotate and so does not act as a compass and so makes no sense to be split into degrees rather than minutes."Wayfinder watch face with Night mode.
Specifically for Apple Watch Ultra, the Wayfinder face features a time dial that can be switched to a live compass"
That's what Apple's website says, I assume it works the same way the Chronograph Pro watch face does.
