We currently use SafeEyes on our Macs at home because of a serious addiction issue. Are there any workarounds that you are aware of? If so, I am also wanting to install a keylogger to ensure every activity is monitored.

I'm sure this will be brought up- but therapy and counseling is already in the picture, so I appreciate your concern.

Thanks!

I would imagine that as long as your password is safe (i.e., not something someone trying to "break in" could easily determine) then you should be in a good position.

Another way to help control access is to set up accounts that require passwords for logins - and require that someone in authority logs a user into the computer, that way you'll know for sure when they're on the computer.

You're router may also allow you to restrict times of internet access, as well as sites.

You can also use Parental Controls on the Mac (built-in OS controls) for iChat, etc.
