iPod touch Ways of purchasing applications?

Is there any other possible way of buying applications ?
I don't own any credit card but I badly want to buy some applications such as fruit ninja, angry birds, etc.
I live in Greece and I am pretty sure that gift cards are not sold in my country.
So, how can I buy the applications I want?

You can't buy apps without a credit card or a gift card.

In canada you can buy Itunes gift cards and then you can buy the apps that way. I don't use a credit card.
