ways to install Tiger in a macbook with broken CD R/RW?

Hi, I have a 2006 macbook with Leopard. I need to use the garage band that came with my original Tiger installation discs. The problem is that my CD R/RW is broken and will not read any CD. I read some tutorials to boot from a flash drive, but need to read from the optical drive in the same machine.
I need to make a flash drive with a bootable tiger from my PC.
Any suggestions?

I tried cleaning it with no success. I don't have another mac or an external DVD drive.
Hey I read the optical drive in macbook is SATA. Can I connect the DVD writer of my desktop PC to the macbook's logic board (powered from the PC).
I don't care if the macbook is opened, it's only while I install tiger.
