can't modify

any help would be much appreciate, thanks in advance

Disk Utility isnt showing much if any data on either partition? Either way, shrink the TM partition, create a Temp partition, move the data too it, reformat your FAT to EXFAT then move the data back, then blow away the temp partition and enlarge the TM partition to its original size.

...then you will have to copy the data elsewhere and blow away both partitions and reformat, then copy your data back. You may need some more storage to do it but ???GB data on there - who knows and you aren't saying.
