WD My Book Pro auto-encrypt backup for Mac OS X AND Vista simultaneously

Hey,

I was looking at buying the Western Digital My Book Pro 500GB drive.

Is it possible to use the included software to partion the hard drive and created an encrypted backup for a Mac OS X Leopard system AND a Vista system?

Are their any other external drives that run at 7200RPM, connect via Firewire 800, have encryption and so on that will do this?
