Hey Guys ,

I got one quick question, i just purchased WD my passport 1TB External Hard drive USB 2.0 and i was wondering if i could use it on my macbook pro and my windows OS laptop back and forth transferring files. Would there be any problem's with compatibility ?

Thank you

No, so long as you install appropriate drivers. I suggest formatting the drive to NTFS and installing MacFuse and NTFS-3G on the Mac side, or using Mac OS X Extended (Journaled) with MacDrive on Windows.
