I'm trying to mount my nas drive WDmycloud however i get the message You do not have permission to access this server.
The operation can’t be completed because the original item for “Public” can’t be found. when trying to access the public folder on the drive however the wd browser i can get in any ideas what I'm doing wrong?.

i think I've messed up ,y permissions some where along the line as when i try to install the wd software it says i don't have permissions on this server with a message you will be unable to mount the drive.
