i hope at some point soon they will put in preview. imagine paying 35 quid for an app and it's rubbish....

Personally I think any game app should be free to level 1, and pay if you want extra levels. Lets you try it, if you like you go back and pay.

That's up to the developers. Apple doesn't get the code, so they can't make all games go up to level one.

It's whether developers want to add that extra line of code in, then put it up as a separate app. Wow, then the store would be flooded with apps. XD
 
Apple could easily insist they offer 1 day free use, or free level 1 on games or something. Thats why they choose itunes release, so they can set guidelines.
