I noticed this App opens/closed a little different that past "We" games. You pop right back in the game without going thru the long start up screen and welcome back graphics.
It does this on the iPhone. The iPad seems to be the same as other "We" games.
It's nice to jump right back into the game without the tedious waiting.

So far, WeCity is my favorite of these games. I played WeRule and WeFarm for at least a month each, but I went cold turkey when I was checking my crops religiously, and realized that I was getting no entertainment value what so ever.
This one is quite a bit better, actually. I suppose it's from playing SimCity and Rollercoaster Tycoon years ago. I like how everything that you produce in the factory appears differently over time than any other product, whereas in WeRule, you're basically watching grass grow until your crops are done growing. The whole education idea is pretty cool too.
