We don't need Flash Player anymore with El Capitan?

I was able to play youtube videos right away without flash plugin. Is that mean we don't need flash anymore for safari?

Not quite. The reason you were able to play YouTube videos without Flash is because YouTube can operate using HTML5. If there are other websites you use that require Flash and, unlike YouTube, do not use some alternative means of displaying media, you would still need to install Flash in order to use them to their full capacity.
