Weak Audio on Windows 7 Macpro 1,1

Just installed Windows 7 on Bootcamp and I really have a very weak Audio output. everything is ok in OSX but in Windows I cant barely hear anything. Called Apple and they said its a windows issue and they cannot do anything about it. Anyone having the same issue? How can I fix this?
